Tariq Chauhan is a seasoned professional entrepreneur and a Harvard Alumni, with over three decades of experience in leading profitable business ventures including an impressive portfolio of acquisitions to his credit. He is backed by vast cross-industry experience specific to two decades of international banking. He has also multifaceted leadership roles including board positions in companies and investment funds. Under his leadership of over ten years, EFS has achieved a sustained growth year on year in double digits supported by USD 2 Billion in contracts.

Satinder Singh is a key veteran and has been with EFS for nineteen years of its inception. He has extensive experience of MEP and specialist systems in diverse public & private organizations. He has over three decades of facilities management experience including operations, transition management processes, audits, mobilization plans in global markets across business vertical like Banking, Healthcare and Aviation. At EFS, Satinder strengthens the capabilities of the organization as a strategic leader and technical expert to enhance operations for service excellence. 

Salim Baig is among EFS’ longest tenured professionals with more than a decade of experience in progressing through senior roles in the operations, project and fit-out management departments. He has over two decades of multinational corporate experience with leadership stints served at prestigious multinational firms. At EFS, Salim currently oversees EFS’s overall Business Development and Operations Management across key markets in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. 

Naganandh has over twenty-six years career in Facilities Management in different verticals which includes master planned mixed used developments, residential towers, commercial towers, retail, banking, health care and luxury hotels. He excels at providing cost effective solutions across multiple sites and fostering a culture of teamwork, shared mission and dedication to customer satisfaction. At EFS, he oversees specialized FM services for the Group of Companies to ensure service excellence. 

Taher Jhanjharya is a CPA (USA) and a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). He is an experienced finance professional with over a decade of global experience across Canada and UAE managing core finance and investment functions including investor relations, financial planning, banking & treasury management, investments, acquisitions and systems and risk management. Taher has been an integral part of EFS for over a decade and has progressed through multiple levels with an integral role in the innovation agenda of the company. 

Salah El Tawm is a qualified MS Engineer, with a stellar track record of professional Facilities Management regionally. He is a certified LEED Green Associate with progressive global experience in Facilities Management across multiple Industries and has multi-disciplinary expertise in Contract Negotiation and Management, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Business Strategy, Sustainability & Energy Management, Operations Management, and Budget Control. Salah has been an integral part of EFS for more than a decade. He heads First Resort and the Bio Clean division for EFS group. 

Bassel Ghoubar is an associate member of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Bassel is a highly accomplished legal professional with more than two decades experience of litigation and general practice including but limited to civil, commercial, corporate, real estate, criminal cases at different litigation proceedings. Bassel has in-depth knowledge of business and corporate law when drafting and analyzing various legal documentation. For over four years, as a legal counsel he directs and advises on compliance and legalities across all the operating companies. 

Liesbeth Schiavo is a transformational leader driving high performance by developing a sustainable corporate culture. She has a genuine passion for unleashing people’s potential and is an industry expert in global organizational behavior, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices and Emotional & Intercultural intelligence. Liesbeth is a Chartered Fellow CIPD Professional. Her past experiences including working with global institutions such as Securitas AMEA, Albatross Global Solutions, and Harwal Group. 

Alexis Gianniotis is a creative, self-motivated, and result-oriented entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in international business development, marketing & complex strategic relationships sourcing. He has successfully launched and managed Several Businesses in the GCC and Greece throughout the years in the field of Energy, Transportation and Human Resources.  

Adam Shamim is a competent management professional from University of Australia. His capabilities are driven by a diverse exposure of fourteen years of industry experience. At EFSIM, Adam oversees business operations and liaises with key clients' accounts to provide operational efficiencies and sustainable workplace solutions for our clients.
